Refund policy

All sales are final. Because Nuu Grippies are an intimate, personal care product, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer cash refunds.

Wrong or damaged order

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us at info@nuu-body.com with your order number and a photo.

Once we confirm the issue, you can choose:

• a replacement, sent at no cost to you, or
• a store voucher for the full value of the item, to use on nuu-body.com.

Store vouchers

Vouchers are sent by email within 3 business days of approval. They can be used on any order at nuu-body.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.
